Delivery to Jobsite


We value your business and want to provide you with better delivery service for our porcelain products. Please provide us with the following information to better serve you:


  1. Photos of your workshop, including forklift and loading zone photos, are required to evaluate if we can arrange delivery for you.

  2. If you require delivery to a construction site, please provide photos and the address of the site. Our driver will evaluate if we can arrange delivery.

  3. For delivery to construction sites, our driver will arrange a crane service to your site after you confirm the order. We will place the porcelain on an A-frame and when your project is completed, we will send a truck to pick up the A-frame.

  4. Please note that our porcelain requires at least a 3-ton forklift or a pickup truck with an A-frame for transportation. The average weight of one piece of porcelain is about 350bls for 12mm 126” x 63” and 175bls for 6mm 126”x 63”. If crane service is needed at the job site, our pickup truck can only carry a maximum of 7 slabs of 12mm porcelain 126” x 63” at a time. The driver will not assist with unloading and will only place the slabs on the A-frame parked on the roadside. The total cost of this service is $420 per trip, with additional charges for sites outside of Vancouver.

Suggestions and opinions on translucent stone installation

Typically, LED strips are installed under the quartz stone countertop to achieve a backlighting effect. The distance between the countertop and the lights should be around 1 to 2 inches. If the distance is too close, the strip will be visible on the stone surface, and if the distance is too far, the final effect will be affected. We recommend that you communicate with a professional electrician and stone fabricator to address the details. The AVQ9980 and AVQ9970, are more suitable for use as a feature wall or decorative wall for electronic fireplaces, etc., with a thickness of 2 cm. Countertop Cleanining & Maintenance Products

For daily cleaning, quartz is easier to maintain and clean than natural stone, and it does not require much intentional maintenance. Regular cleaning with soap and water is sufficient.   Here is a YouTube link that explains in detail which cleaning products can be used to clean your quartz kitchen countertops.
