Delivery & Self Pick up Service


Delivery service:

Sometimes we encounter obstacles when delivering to a factory, such as an inability to unload our materials due to the lack of suitable equipment in the recipient's factory.

So what kind of company can be considered a kitchen countertop fabricator shop? And what kind of factory can enjoy our free delivery service? I have summarised the following points to define:

1. Must have specialized equipment for stone cutting, such as bridge saw, CNC, and water jet.

2. Must have a forklift with specialized stone clamps for handling.







Self-pick-up Service in our warehouse:

Self-pickup is welcome. Please note the following:

1.  Please ensure that your pickup truck does not have a cargo cover, as it will affect our loading process. In addition, some larger slabs may not be able to be loaded onto the truck, and our workers will not assist with lifting them.









2.  Please ensure that your truck has an A-frame set. If not, we will not be able to assist with loading the slabs. You can consider purchasing an A-frame set (Price at $450/set) or paying a deposit. We will provide an A-frame set for you and fully refund it upon your return.




Please note: Our porcelain product requires at least a 3-ton forklift or a pickup truck with an A-frame for transportation. The average weight of one piece of porcelain is about 350bls for 12mm 126" x 63" and 175bls for 6mm 126" x 63". If crane service is needed at the job site, our pick up truck can only carry a maximum of 7 slabs of 12mm porcelain 126" x 63" at a time. The driver will not assist withe unloading and will only place the slabs on the A-frame parked on the roadside. The total cost of this service is $420 per trip.

As most tile companies do not have the required equipment, we recommend considering the use of this transportation service before purchasing our products.

Suggestions and opinions on translucent stone installation

Typically, LED strips are installed under the quartz stone countertop to achieve a backlighting effect. The distance between the countertop and the lights should be around 1 to 2 inches. If the distance is too close, the strip will be visible on the stone surface, and if the distance is too far, the final effect will be affected. We recommend that you communicate with a professional electrician and stone fabricator to address the details. The AVQ9980 and AVQ9970, are more suitable for use as a feature wall or decorative wall for electronic fireplaces, etc., with a thickness of 2 cm. Countertop Cleanining & Maintenance Products

For daily cleaning, quartz is easier to maintain and clean than natural stone, and it does not require much intentional maintenance. Regular cleaning with soap and water is sufficient.   Here is a YouTube link that explains in detail which cleaning products can be used to clean your quartz kitchen countertops.
