Please provide us with the following information to better serve you: Photos of your workshop, including forklift and loading zone photos, are required to evaluate if we can arrange delivery for you. If you require delivery to a construction site, please provide photos and the address of the site. Our driver will evaluate if we can arrange delivery. For delivery to construction sites, our driver will arrange a crane service to your site after you confirm the order. We will place the porcelain on an A-frame and when your project is completed, we will send a truck to pick up the A-frame. Please note that our porcelain requires at least a 3-ton forklift or a pickup truck with an A-frame for transportation.  Please note: Our porcelain product requires at least a 3-ton forklift or a pickup truck with an A-frame for transportation. The average weight of one piece of porcelain is about 350bls for 12mm 126" x 63" and 175bls for 6mm 126" x 63". If crane service is needed at the job site, our pick up truck can only carry a maximum of 7 slabs of 12mm porcelain 126" x 63" at a time. The driver will not assist with unloading and will only place the slabs on the A-frame parked on the roadside. The total cost of this service is $420 per trip. As most tile companies do not have the required equipment, we recommend considering the use of this transportation service before purchasing our products.  Please carefully consider the transportation requirements before placing an order.

 Case Study - Mar 2023 We encountered a new situation recently in March, which is that silicone cannot be used to glue between the slab and the LED light. Otherwise, the following situation will occur. Please contact your fabricator for details, and they will provide you with a solution. Through this case, we found that the biggest problem with silicone is that it can change light refraction. Even if the fabricator removes the slab and scrapes off the silicone, there will still be residual silicone on the slab, which will affect light refraction and result in a poor final result. Our solution is to suggest the fabricator purchase another new slab, recut and reinstall it. Also, because our slab has good light transmission, please remember to grind off the numbers on the back of the slabs during fabrication.

 Porcelain (Rockton) marketing overview 2023-March The porcelain market is a new market for me, and we started exploring and developing this product market in the pre-pandemic year of 2019. The past three years of the pandemic have been very challenging for us in terms of market development. I primarily do B2B sales, and initially, most of my contacts were countertop factories. Many traditional countertop workshops did not participate much in porcelain processing, mainly because most porcelain slabs have a thickness of 12mm, 9mm, 6mm, or even 4mm, which adds a lot of difficulty and uncertainty to the equipment that fabricators use for the fabrication of quartz products.
